Employee Engagement Tip Sheet — Don Rheem’s Intro November 2010 Issue

No Comments

Welcome to the first edition of Engagient’s bimonthly Tip Sheet on employee engagement.  We decided to offer the newsletter in response to clients who wanted a regular stream of tips and information on how to create a High Performance Culture where employees are more engaged in their work.

Our Goal — to use science and proven on-the-job experience to help you benefit from the discretionary effort that each employee brings to work every day. Actively engaged employees are up to 300% more productive than the “actively disengaged” employees that manage to find a home in all organizations.

Here is our promise — to provide you with empirically validated, real world, truly actionable advice to help you create a work environment that develops employees who:

* Are more productive
* Find Meaning & Purpose in what they do at work
* Will stay longer, with a more positive attitude
* Make great mentors and buzz generators for your brand
* Arrive every day looking like proactive problem solvers
* Find reward in what they do well beyond a paycheck

The list goes on as most of you who have attended one of our seminars knows all too well.  Whether you attended our Employee Engagement or Cutting Edge Communication Tips for Corporate Leaders workshops, you know the competitive advantages that accompany a focus on the deployment of Best Practices in these two key areas related to improving business performance.

In this first edition of our newsletter we are reaching out very broadly to our friends, former & current clients, and those who have contacted us for information and guidance along the way.  Of course, if a newsletter hitting your mailbox six times a year dedicated to helping you with rock-solid advice on making the workplace more fulfilling and productive is unwelcome, please simply unsubscribe below.  You will always be welcomed back if your needs change in the future!

Cheers, Don and the entire Engagient Team

Don Rheem was one of the best presenters any of us had ever encountered.

I began to see positive changes within a short time as we started implementing Engagient’s best practices.

Feedback was overwhelmingly positive and several colleagues expressed a desire to bring him in to work with their organizations.
