Welcome to the first edition of Engagient’s bimonthly newsletter. We decided to offer the newsletter in response to clients who wanted a regular stream of tips and information on how to create a High Performance Culture where employees are more engaged in their work.
Our company was privileged to partner with Engagient for two Employee Engagement Surveys over the span of three years. Every stage from the initial planning discussions through to the post survey follow up was shrouded with professionalism, thoroughness and strategic design.
