What Creates Engagement?

Continuing with a conversation I had with a group of CEO’s last week only the question I asked this time was What Creates Engagement?  The earlier question was What Does Engagement Look Like? — which you might also want to take a look at here.

So here is the first run at What Creates Engagement from the view of  North American CEO’s:

•    promote-ability (a clear career path)
•    trust
•    relationship with their supervisor
•    good communication (transparency, frequency)
•    training
•    recognition
•    active management
•    strong leadership
•    committed to quality

I will be adding additional input here from other Engagient workshops with CEO’s.  For a look at where we are speaking, check out our Events Calendar.

Engagient has gone above and beyond to help me solve the problems I face in leading my company in a challenging and constantly changing legal marketplace.

Brian Daly has become a valuable asset in assisting me in the problem solving and people management issues I face in my company. He has not been afraid to ask me the tough questions, to point out areas of need, and to assist me with the toughest issues I face.
